About the Department: Quote     The Department of Arkansas Heritage is made up of seven divisions, each with its special contributions: Arkansas Arts Council, Arkansas Historic Preservation Program, Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission, Historic Arkansas Museum, Delta Cultural Center in Helena, Mosaic Templars Cultural Centerand the Old State House Museum.

    Through its seven divisions, The Department of Arkansas Heritage is all about protecting the places and remembering the people who brought us to where we are today.
