The
Department of Arkansas Heritage is made up of seven divisions, each with
its special contributions: Arkansas
Arts Council, Arkansas
Historic Preservation Program, Arkansas
Natural Heritage Commission, Historic Arkansas Museum,
Delta Cultural Center in Helena, Mosaic Templars Cultural Centerand the Old State House Museum.
Through
its seven divisions, The Department of Arkansas Heritage is all about protecting
the places and remembering the people who brought us to where we are today.
The
Department of Arkansas Heritage offers a variety of educational packages
for teachers, students, and parties interested in learning more about
Arkansas's historical, cultural, natural, and artistic heritage.

lesson plans and curriculum guides, as well as informational sheets, are
